Limited monthly drop
This standard-cut half carcass is available in one limited drop each month only. Once the monthly allocation is fully booked, orders close until the next month.
We take orders in the first week of each month, then fulfil orders in the last week of the same month.
Numbers are strictly limited each month, so ordering early is recommended if you want to secure a half carcass in that month’s run.
Pickup only
Pickup locations are Dalby, Pittsworth, Allora and Toowoomba. Brisbane is not available yet — please join the Brisbane waitlist if you want updates for future pickup runs.
Cryovac packaging
All pork will be cryovaced.
- Longer freezer life — when kept properly frozen, cryovaced pork can last for up to 6 months while maintaining good quality.
- Longer fridge life — when kept refrigerated and unopened, cryovaced pork can last for around 2 to 3 weeks.
- Cleaner transport and storage — cryovaced pork is easier to stack, store and transport home securely.
