LIMITED MONTHLY PORK DROP
This full carcass is released in one limited drop each month.
We take orders in the first week of each month, then deliver orders in the last week of the same month.
Monthly numbers are limited, and once that month’s allocation is sold, orders close until the next drop opens. Ordering early is recommended if you want to secure a carcass in that month’s run.
How the monthly drop works
Place your order during the monthly order window. We then confirm your delivery details by email once that month’s run is scheduled.

Pigs are not wrapped or bagged, so you will need an esky or another large container to take the carcass in. The carcass is approximately 80–90 cm long, so allow at least 90 cm of internal length in your esky or container.
This option is suited to customers who want to cut the pig up themselves.
